Here's a full length trailer for the new animated Ultimate Spider-Man show. I'm pretty skeptical about this show, BUT this clip has him in the Iron Spider suit made by Tony Stark when he joined The Avengers. If you've never seen this awesome suit here's a picture and below that, the trailer.
